1. We, the elevated souls, listen, merge and become equal...by being stabilized in our form, we give experience of every virtue and task...we are the Brahmins with a divine and alokik birth claiming all rights...we stay within the support of all attainments from the Father, follow the highest code of conduct and constantly stay within the line of the code of conduct of the Brahmin clan...
2. We, the souls, equal to the Father, are maharathis who make other souls multimillion times fortunate at every step and reveal the Father through our eyes and through blessings... with the mantra of “Whatever I do, others who see me will do the same”, we give teachings to many souls through our forms, and make them elevated by speaking elevated versions...with the powerful seed of karma we get good fruitful results...we are the courageous co-operative worthy teachers who renounce the old relationships and have the fortune of a gift of a lift...
3. We, the souls, take blessings from the Father and the Brahmin family at every step and continue to move constantly forward...we are the respected ones who, by renouncing body consciousness and remaining stable in our self-respect, attain through the Father, the Bestower of Fortune, respect for half the cycle from our subjects, respect for the other half of the cycle from our devotees, and, at the confluence age respect from God Himself....

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
1. हम श्रेष्ठ आत्माएँ, सुनकर, समाकर,समान बननेवाले, अपने स्वरूप में स्थित रहकर हर गुण और कर्तव्य का अनुभव करानेवाले,सदा बाप के सर्व प्राप्तियों के सहारे में रहनेवाले, सदा अपने ब्राह्मण कुल की मर्यादा के लकीर के अंदर रहनेवाले मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम,दिव्य और अलौकिक जन्म वाले अधिकारी ब्राह्मण हैं...
2. हम आत्माएँ, बाप समान हैं...हर कदम में अनेक आत्माओं को पद्मापति बनानेवाले,नैनों द्वारा, वरदानों द्वारा, बाप को प्रत्यक्ष करनेवाले, महारथी हैं... “जो करेंगे वह देख और भी करेंगे” के मंत्र से सबको स्वरूप द्वारा हर कदम से अनेक आत्माओं को शिक्षा देनेवाले, हर महवाक्य से महान बनानेवाले, हर कर्म से अनेकों को श्रेष्ठ बनानेवाले, कर्म रूप पावरफुल बीज से अच्छे फलदायक बनानेवाले,पुराने सम्बंधनों से त्याग के भाग्य के लिफ्ट की गिफ्ट वाली हिम्मतवान, सहयोगी, संतुष्ट योग्य टीचर्स हैं...
3. हम आत्माएँ, हर कदम में बाप की और ब्राह्मण परिवार की दुआएँ लेकर सदा आगे बढ़नेवाले, देह अभिमान का त्याग कर स्वमान में स्थित रहकर, भाग्य विधाता बाप द्वारा आधा कल्प प्रजा द्वारा सम्मान प्राप्त करनेवाले, आधा कल्प भक्तो द्वारा सम्मान प्राप्त करनेवाले, संगम पर स्वयं भगवान से सम्मान पानेवाले, सम्मान धारी हैं...

Hum shreshth atmaayen, sunkar, samaakar, samaan ban newale, apne swaroop men sthith rahkar har gu n aur kartavy ka anubhav karaanewale, sada baap ke sarv praaptiyon ke sahaare men rahnewale, sada apne Brahman kul ki maryaada ke lakir ke andar rahnewale maryaada purushottam, divy aur alaukik janm wale adhikaari brahman hain...
2. Hum atmaayen, baap samaan hain...har kadam men anek atmaaon ko padmaapati banaanewale, nainon dwara, vardaanon dwara, baap ko pratyaksh karnewale, maharathi hain... “jo karenge vah dekh aur bhi karenge” ke mantr se sabko swaroop dwara har kadam se anek atmaaon ko shiksha denewale, har mahavaaky se mahaan banaanewale, har karm se anekon ko shreshth banaanewale, karm roop paavar ful beej achche faldaayak banaanewale, puraane sambandhanon se tyaag ke bhaagy ke lift ki gift wali himmatwaan, sahyogi, santusht yogy tichars hain...

Hum atmaayen, har kadam men baap ki aur Brahman parivaar ki duaaen lakar sada aage badhnewale, deh abhimaan ka tyaag kar swamaan men sthit rahkar, bhaagy vidhaata baap dwara aadha kalp praja dwara sammaan praapt karnewale, aadha kalp bhakto dwara sammaaan praapt karnewale, sangam par swayam bhagwaan se sammaan paanewale, samman dhaari hain...
In the daily murlis, Bapdada gives vardaan to the entire Brahmin family spread all over the world. Baba also remarked in the murli, dated 7-1-2012 that serviceable children will make cartoons after listening to the murli. Visualization makes remembrance of the blessing throughout the day easier and thus makes it more fruitful.
